in every region! When one engineer finishes work, another
starts- 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

We
take training very seriously and all our engineers are
fully qualified and experienced in all aspects of Refrigeration,
Air conditioning and Hot food equipment. Our extensive
experience and knowledge of all the equipment we sell
enables us to quickly identify all internal and external
components that may need replacement due to malfunction,
accidental damage, health and safety issues or simply
wear and tear.
Our
service department is highly IT driven and we
have installed a number of office based computer
systems that allow us to remotely monitor our
customer’s equipment. This allows us to
pin point problems very quickly, therefore minimising
down time. Developments in technology have led
to dramatic increases in service efficiency levels-
we are constantly looking to technology as a means
to improve our service levels.
