Freezers designed for the low-temperature storage
of plasma and other blood products.
These freezers provide optimal conditions for the low-temperature
(-40 °C) storage of frozen blood plasma (Silver-graded
freezers up to –35 °C, Gold-graded ones up to
–40 °C), and have gross capacities of 108 to
578 litres.

Ultra Cold Freezers
These ultra cold freezers allow hospitals, laboratories
and universities to store biological material such as
blood plasma or cell samples. The freezing system operates
with 2 cascaded compressors and is used specifically for
low-temperature freezing. These compressors are cooled
by air directed across the condenser to provide extremely
rapid freezing while keeping sufficient power reserves.
A special dust guard grille protects the components of
the cooling unit.

Blood Refrigeration
These refrigerators enable hospitals, blood-donor services,
transfusion centres, laboratories and universities to
preserve whole blood and erythrocyte concentrate in compliance
with the relevant standards and in complete safety. The
refrigerators have a gross capacity of 246 to 489 litres.

The special transport containers are specially designed
for the transport of temperature-sensitive supplies such
as blood and blood products, vaccines, plasma, blood samples
and pharmaceutical products. The icepacks the boxes require
as their source of refrigeration are frozen in a supplementary
device specially designed for this purpose.
