Glenroyal Hotel+Leisure Centre Maynooth

The Glenroyal Hotel and leisure centre was developed and is owned by Mr. Ray Grehan of Glenkerin Homes. It is a very modern hotel incorporating a state of the art leisure centre including two swimming pools, aerobics rooms, a spinning room, a beauty clinic, dressing rooms and a state of the art gynasium. There is also a conference centre and a disco within the hotel complex.

Cross Refrigeration were chosen to supply all heating, ventilation and air conditioning requirements for this complex. This job started in late 2002 and took 6 months to complete as we completed all ductwork on-site using very special Kingspan insulated ducting which was fabricated on site by one of our specially trained project engineers.

We installed four large air-handling units, which supply the entire leisure centre and disco with heating, ventilation and air conditioning. In the conference centre we installed Daikin ceiling concealed air conditioning units and in the beauty room and in the administration centre we installed Daikin four way blow cassettes and Daikin wall mounted air conditioners.

The same client also developed the Maynooth business park next door to the Glenroyal hotel where we also installed a Daikin VRV air conditioning system and many Daikin split and multi air conditioning systems.

This entire project was managed by our experienced engineering staff working out of our Dublin office and is a perfect example of how Cross can provide the total air conditioning solutions for any business!
