Cross Refrigeration and Air Conditioning completed the air conditioning installation for the entire 5 floors of the new Howard Holdings development on Anglessy street in Cork.

As the building was to be leased as five separate floors each level has its own individual air conditioning system with individual controls. Cross were chosen for this large commercial project because of the versatility and environmentally friendly nature of our Daikin range of air conditioning equipment and because of the competitive nature of our tender.

We installed 5 individual Daikin VRV air conditioning systems with 5 individual state of the art Daikin I-Touch controllers. This job was very challenging because the outdoor VRV compressors had to be located on the ground floor over 100m in distance from some of the indoor units.

The job was completely ahead of schedule and this modern state of the art development has already attracted some blue chip tenants with Anglo Irish Banks taking the first two floors!
